So - I've started weight watchers. Or I should say - We have started weight watchers. I've got Kurt doing it, and since I cook dinners, everyone is eating a healthy dinner, and usually a pretty good lunch!
When I first gave birth, I was steadily losing, without dieting, and very happy. Now, I've hit a point where I have to work on what I eat, or else I will gain it all again! *Harumph*
The hardest part for me is my itch to bake - and not wanting to bake foods that I won't eat. Lol. So, I'm going to be cooking and baking up a lot of lower fat recipes, or even some that are full fat, but cutting down on portions. For example, my Mom's chocolate chip cookies...I love them. They remind me of childhood, and, let's face it, they're delicious! I just use an itty bitty cookie scoop, and make mini cookies, and BAM! I can have one, maybe two, and get my happy moment, and not kill the healthy eating!
So - I'm going to post once a week, and update you all on my progress.
So - let's vote. Should I weigh in on my blog? Or just tell you gain/loss numbers?
